How does payment work?

To confirm your pickup and delivery booking, payment for the 5 kg minimum is required. Once your laundry has been collected, we’ll weigh it at our facility and send you the confirmed weight. If your laundry is over the 5 kg minimum any additional balance at R55/kg can be paid easily using our card/tap payment facility when we deliver your fresh, clean laundry back to you.

Is pickup and delivery included?

Yes, pickup and delivery are included in the listed laundry pricing.

Is there a minimum laundry weight?

Yes, standard laundry services are based on a 5kg minimum.

Do you offer once-off laundry services?

Yes, you can book once-off services as needed.

Can you accommodate recurring bookings?

Absolutely. We offer scheduled and recurring services for both laundry and property cleaning clients.
